1. To be the technical expert to drive the success of high performance design projects.  Especially for synthesis

2. Position requires working closely with R&D and AE teams, to solve tool issues and customer requirement. 

1. Bachelor degree with 4+ years, or Master degree with 2+ years of design experience in backend physical design, Place & Route, and timing closure. 
2. Experience high performance design's PPA push strategies, and understand deep sub-micron technology issues are Plus. 
3. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl and Tcl is a Plus.  
4. Self-motivated & willing to learn new technologies. Good communication skills are Plus
