At DePuy Synthes TECA&S ITALY, we are recruiting for a Sales Manager responsible for the SPORT MEDICINE business in the Centre Sud- Regions (Toscana- Lazio-Abruzzo-Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Molise- Calabria-Sicilia- Sardegna Regions).

Responsibilities:
Delivers annual sales, profit and inventory/cycle count targets
Executes action plan with high strategic alignment with the Franchise and BU objectives
Reaches Commercial Excellence and Operational KPIs and targets
Directly manages Area KOLS and Stakeholders
Reaches Tender success targets by implementing successful value creation strategies and tactics
Managing team of direct employees, Trade Agents and Distributors
Managing the entire J&J DPS SPORT MEDICINE portfolio in Centre- Sud Area (Toscana- Lazio-Abruzzo-Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Molise- Calabria-Sicilia- Sardegna Regions)
Shape the Future of SPORT MEDICINE BUSINESS in the Area of responsibility
Co-operate with Supply chain, marketing and inventory team to assure excellence in execution in the asset management driving SPORT MEDICINE results
Lead development of Area implementation plans, activities, and next steps required to close key opportunities
Take data-driven decision to optimize performance in the area of responsibility
Communicate and reinforce critical messages about DePuy Synthes (DPS), Business Unit (BU), and Area-level strategic priorities / must-do’s
Qualifications:
Master Degree required; Business/Marketing/Engineering preferred
A minimum of 8 years of healthcare business/medical device market experience is required.
Sales and Marketing Experience mandatory required in medical device market.
Orthopedic expertise strongly required.
Home Location in Lazio-Campania-Puglia Region preferred.
Italian as mother tongue, advanced in English
Track record of success working within a matrixed organizational environment; enterprise mindset decision-making is preferred.
Excellent understanding of customer, business intelligence and industry trends is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership in strategic planning and project management along with is preferred.
Strong business & financial acumen in understanding the needs and priorities of the broader business with a penchant for understanding the use of metrics/numbers to gauge overall performance is preferred.
Excellent listening, written, and oral communications skills; excellent organizational skills along with the ability to make sales presentations with positive results is required.
Ability to manage stakeholders; which includes communicating, influencing, and providing comprehensive solutions is required.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills, including the ability to design, structure, and lead projects is required.
