Position Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and drive efficiency across production processes. This role is responsible for developing and implementing cost-effective manufacturing methods while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards. The Manufacturing Engineer will analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize productivity and reduce costs. Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cost reduction initiatives and material flow optimization
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and processes
  • Strong background in capital equipment studies and make-versus-buy analysis

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Advanced English
  • Proficiency in PC applications and understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Position Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer will develop and update process documentation, conduct direct labor studies, and establish standards for operations, setup, and workstation layouts. You will define tooling and fixturing requirements, coordinate with tool designers, and evaluate manufacturing methods to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. Additional responsibilities include identifying unnecessary costs, researching methods for cost reduction, and assisting in equipment development and troubleshooting.

You will review preliminary designs to recommend improvements, prepare accurate capital equipment studies, and support departmental budgeting. The role also involves evaluating make-versus-buy decisions, processing purchase requisitions, and participating in special projects as assigned. Team members are expected to work safely, maintain a clean work area, complete company-provided training, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Strong project management skills and the ability to synthesize complex data are essential for success in this position.
