  • Manage defined Priority Book of Business (BOB) and Stag Elite Producer Book of Business. 
  • Provide education and support on Hartford services. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and producers.
  • Serve as first point of contact for complex service issues, re-directing service questions to appropriate areas.
  • Act as point of contact in communicating solutions to customers.
  • Receive requests from customers or internal Hartford partners for plan or BOR changes, acquisition activity and any other policy level activity.
  • Coordinate maintenance of file feeds including vendor changes for applicable cases.
  • Coordinate renewal activities, partnering with Account Executive, Underwriting and other internal partners as needed. 
  • Often in collaboration with Account Executive, develop strategic growth strategies and proactive account activities, including renewals and opportunities for Add-Issue.
  • Partner with Enrollment Services Team to maximize opportunities for growth for any voluntary products.
  • Execute on the strategic plans and achieve desired growth targets.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively offer solutions that positively influence customer relationship and Hartford growth goals.
  • Facility with Microsoft office tools and willingness/ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple activities concurrently.

       Minimum and Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of Group Benefits products, services, and contracts.
  • Minimum 2 years of Disability and Life Group Benefit experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Group Insurance terms, provisions and administration is preferred.
  • As a condition of your employment, you must obtain and maintain the Group Life & Health license.
  • 2-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Will include presentations to Customers.
  • Ability to convey The Hartford’s value proposition and differentiators in the marketplace.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop/maintain strong relationships with internal/external partners.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must have or obtain Life & Health Insurance License prior to being assigned BOB and maintain Client Advisor Role.
  • Some travel will be required.

       *Must reside near Denver, CO or Scottsdale, AZ office to be considered*

  • This role will have a Hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of working 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday) in one of the following offices: 6430 South Fiddlers Green Circle, Greenwood Village, Colorado or 8888 E. Raintree Dr, Scottsdale, AZ 85260.

  • As a condition of your employment, you must obtain and maintain the Group Life & Health license.

  • For full-time, occasional, part-time, or remote positions: (1) high speed broadband internet service is required, we do not recommend or support DSL, wireless, MiFi, Hotspots, Fiber without a modem and Satellite; (2) Internet provider supplied modem/router/gateway is hardwired to the Hartford issued computer with an ethernet cable; and (3) minimum upload/download speeds of 5Mbps/30Mbps will be required. Compensation

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:

$65,280 - $97,920
