As a Supervisor Facilities, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Ensures that all activities performed align with the vision of Elara Caring’s board of directors, executive team, and the leadership of the Real Estate and Facilities team.
  • Assists clinical team with new site selection.
  • Manages ticketing system to assure all facilities needs are acted upon timely.
  • Facilitates office relocations and closures.
  • Works with new landlords to complete required information for both parties.
  • Works with landlords or representatives on site buildout and finishes.
  • Works with utility vendors to provide required information.
  • Works with leadership and local teams on all facility’s needs.
  • Promotes Elara Caring’s philosophy, mission statement and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
  • Maintains patient and staff privacy and confidentiality pursuant to HIPAA Privacy Final Rule.
  • Performs other duties/projects as assigned.  

What is Required?

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 5+ years’ experience in Real Estate, Facilities, or related field
  • 5+ years’ supervisory experience
  • Experience within home health and/or hospice industries is preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able and willing to travel up to 25%

You will report to the Director Real Estate and Facilities.
