This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer with 3–5 years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow within a dynamic, international SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support Partner Marketing Planning

  • Assist in developing and coordinating regional partner marketing plans aligned with EMEA business priorities.

  • Maintain regular communication with partners and internal stakeholders to support program execution.

Campaign Coordination & Delivery

  • Execute co-marketing campaigns with partners, including emails, webinars, digital promotions, and content syndication.

  • Manage campaign logistics, timelines, asset delivery, and reporting.

Content & Asset Management

  • Prepare and adapt co-branded materials such as presentations, landing pages, and social media posts.

  • Ensure local relevance, consistency with brand standards, and timely availability for partners and internal teams.

Event Support

  • Help organize partner events, workshops, and regional conferences—from planning and coordination to onsite or virtual support.

  • Manage partner communications, registrations, and follow-up tasks.

Reporting & Insights

  • Track campaign performance and partner activity; prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal teams.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future programs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Alliances, Sales, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to ensure all partner initiatives are well-coordinated and aligned.

  • Support partners as a dependable point of contact for marketing-related needs.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, or channel marketing—preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.

  • Understanding of digital marketing channels, basic campaign analytics, and event coordination.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks across different markets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident working with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and distributed environment.

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
