Summary: The eRGC Senior Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering custom solutions on eRGC Platform. The role focuses on building custom forms, workflows, integrations, and enhancements to meet business and compliance objectives. The developer will also mentor and guide junior team members while ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with software engineering best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: • Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the RSA Archer eGRC platform. • Build and customize Archer forms, workflows, and modules to meet business requirements. • Translate functional and business requirements into technical designs and implement them effectively. • Develop custom scripts, reports, and dashboards to enhance platform functionality. • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry and organizational standards. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues during development and implementation phases. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives. • Foster, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior developers. • Stay updated on RSA Archer platform updates, new features, and industry trends. Professional & Technical Skills: • Application Development / Software Engineering experience. • Web Services development and integration. • Strong SQL Server knowledge. • Hands-on experience with Python. • Good understanding of Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC). • Experience working on eGRC platforms. • Exposure to RSA Archer eGRC custom development. Additional Information: • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in JavaScript. • This position is based at our Bengaluru and Pune locations. • A 15-year full time education is required.
