Job Purpose
Lead and improve Planning processes. Including but not limited to MPS/MRP Process, Resources Capacity Planning, Purchasing, Manage Inventory & stocking policies, Cost Variance Analysis & Master Data Management. Support Supply Chain and Operations transformation projects in a role of a project leader or key stakeholder. Develop capabilities and competencies to achieve robust KPI’s through successful execution of strategic plans to facilitate sustainable growth.
Required Experience and Knowledge:
Preferably University degree, Operations or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience in the field of Planning.
Preferably Experience SAP ECC (not SAP Business One).
Analytical skills (MS. Excel,)
Speaks Spanish and preferably English.

Key responsibilities:
Manage the supply of products/components to meet customer requirements, minimum production costs and target safety stock levels.
Maintain relationships with Production, External Suppliers, Intercompany, Logistics and Commercial departments, including communication of issues and prioritisation of orders.
Production Planning for one or multiple facilities within Alicante site including:
Detailed realistic production schedule by converting planned production orders into production orders considering customer demands and short-term capacity restrictions.
Liaises closely with production team and maintenance employees to make sure that production schedule is met.
Provides reliable production finish date information to customer service.
Continuously monitors progress of production schedule.
Troubleshoots problems that occur during production, including staff shortages and machinery malfunctions; communicates production barriers to customer service and provides backup plans.
Monitors and executes accurate completion of finished production orders.
Executes provision of necessary raw materials, semi-finished goods and spare parts
Monitors production and raw material costs.
Collects and assesses data about the production and team's performance, monitors production KPIs (esp. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Scheduling Adherence, Inventory Accuracy, Stock Coverage).
