This role is part of NXP’s global Distribution Marketing team within the Analog & Automotive Embedded Systems business. It is responsible for defining and executing the mass‑market and distribution strategy for Battery Management Systems (BMS) and other electrification solutions such as traction power inverter to drive market penetration and share growth.
The position leads global go‑to‑market execution through distribution channels by developing strong positioning, competitive narratives, and compelling value propositions. It designs and deploys marketing collateral, sales tools, and training programs to enable NXP sales teams and distributors worldwide, positioning NXP BMS as key platforms for next‑generation automotive, transportation & industrial systems such as Energy Stationary Storage.
The role owns the electrification systems distribution demand‑creation funnel, including tracking design‑wins, revenue contribution, and marketing effectiveness. It analyzes business and market trends to continuously optimize strategy and tools and leads quarterly updates to NXP’s global mass‑market and distribution handbooks, including NPI launches, hero products, and success stories.
Working closely with product lines, sales, applications, marketing communications, and regional teams, the role drives adoption of reference design system solutions including NXP software with a strong focus on BMS. It serves as the BMS and electrification marketing expert, engaging directly with customers and distributors through joint meetings, trainings, webinars, industry events, and early‑stage design engagements. The position also provides structured customer and ecosystem feedback to influence future products, tools, and solutions.
