Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
Engage with customers after contracting to ensure a smooth transition and satisfaction.
Drive renewal or expansion opportunities at assigned accounts.
Conduct issue, opportunity, forecasting, and business reviews.
Maintain lead and opportunity records, including next actions and follow-up.
Review sales pipeline and performance.
Produce performance and forecast reports.
Engage in discovery, scoping, and pricing.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Beginner proficiency in Salesforce B2B Commerce.
It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
