The Product Management Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.

• The role demands direct engagement with local clients and sales teams, deep knowledge of Canadian regulations, and real-time collaboration with technology and operations teams.
• Manage corporate, financial institution, and public sector client demands across Digital Onboarding, CitiDirect, file-based solutions, host-to-host connectivity, API integrations, Billing and Statements.
• Owns the local digital platforms product roadmap, driving digital adoption and managing Canadian Digital Platforms disciplines - utilizing scorecard and digital index analysis to proactively anticipate client issues and uncover product opportunities.
• Proximity to the local market is essential to support client onboarding, RFP responses, and go-to-market activities in close coordination with Sales, product partners, and technology teams, while serving as the local product voice in regional and global forums.
• Demonstrate foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify AI-driven opportunities to enhance digital product capabilities, improve client experience, and support data-informed decision-making.
