• Involved directly with client families during their time of need
• Creates and maintains the Company’s premier level of client family satisfaction
• Consistently establishes rapport with client families and develops an understanding of each family situation
• Effectively analyzes needs and proactively communicates appropriate Company service/product options to all client families
• Assumes responsibility for insuring that the services provided to the client family are in accordance with their wishes, while maintaining total compliance with applicable regulations
• Actively participates in community organizations in the areas they are employed
• Supports the location’s marketing efforts and functions as a liaison with designated key community members
• As required by business demand, works individually and as a team member to arrange, direct and/or supervise personalized services in a single, or at multiple Company locations
• Depending on location and business demand, may also act as embalmer and/or assist prep room staff
• May assist in training of others
• Anticipates potential problems and effectively resolves customer conflicts to maintain the Company’s reputation as the funeral provider of choice
