Job Description

Provides centralized scheduling services for all GFO aircraft. Assists Scheduling Manager to ensure compliance with the GOM and Company policy on aircraft utilization including flight requests, aircraft availability, crew availability and assignments, airport services, logistical planning, and aircraft maintenance. Receives requests for transportation from executive offices and initiates scheduling process by coordinating departures and destination times and locations. May also be responsible for inflight commissary requirements, customs and immigration paperwork, and ground transportation. Work with flight crews on international trips to determine flight times, fuel stops, authorized ports of entry/exit, curfews, and handlers.

Schedule flight crews under the direction of the Scheduling Manager. Assign crewmembers in accordance with rules specifying flight time limitations and
required off-duty periods after considering such factors as currency, scheduled time off, and other factors necessary to balance flight time and work load among the pilots.

Full participation and engagement in the GFO Safety Management System.
Works within GFO to maintain a culture of safety with efficient procedures that support customer service.

Other duties as required to help deliver the mission of GFO.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Licenses: FAA Dispatcher’s certificate preferred. Valid automobile driver’s license. Valid U.S. Passport.
  • Experience: Previous aviation scheduling experience required.
