Summary:
The RT-CDP architect will architect, design and oversee solution implementations and deployments across the Adobe Experience Platform, specifically RTCDP. Work closely with marketing, product and IT teams to design new solutions using AEP and other components of the Adobe Experience Cloud / Marketing Cloud. Be able to understand, customize and optimize the Customer Data Platform process, to include new requirements, development / test, production execution, and quality control.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Solution Design & Architecture: Lead end-to-end technical solution design for RT-CDP .
- Architect and validate XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and profile stitching strategies
- Define scalable data ingestion patterns from online/offline sources via batch and streaming pipelines
- Data Engineering & Ingestion
- Configure source connectors and ingestion workflows from CRM, web, mobile, cloud storage, and third-party APIs.
- Design and deploy ETL/ELT processes ensuring clean, structured data in line with schema and privacy requirements.
- Platform configuration: Create and manage sandboxes, dataflows, datasets, and field-level mappings.
- Enable data governance, tagging, and lineage tracking in Adobe Experience Platform
- Design & Develop - Data Architecture artefacts [Data Model, ERD, Data Dictionary, Data Exchange Specs, BRDs etc]
- Design & Develop - Experience in designing XDM Individual Profile and XDM Experience Events in AEP schemas
- Design & Develop - CDP Data flows, transformation rules, merge rules, profile creations as per the business logic.
- Design & Develop - Queries, aggregations, Segments, Audience activations, BRDs for customer journey orchestrations.
- Design & Develop - Journey Orchestrations, Channel Surface Set Up, Expressions logic
- Integration & Activation: Work with APIs and SDKs to integrate web/mobile properties with RT-CDP
- Support identity resolution, segment creation, and activation across destinations ad platforms, and personalization engines
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Adobe RTCDP - AEP, AJO, CJA
- Marketing Automation, Transformation projects
- Data Integrations/Engineering, Experience with APIs (REST, Open APIs)
- Data Architecture, analysis, ingestions, modeling and mapping
- Scripting experience on Python or Java Scripting or Node.JS
- Experience on any CDP Platform - AEP, ActionIQ , Lytics, Segment, Tealium, C360
- Demonstrate understanding of Data Ingestion, Developer Console
- Complex SQL or NoSQL experience
- Expertise on various kinds of Data Handling - JSON, Parquet etc
- Client facing experience
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have 10-12 Yrs with 3+ AEP, CDP
- Minimum of two yrs end-to-end implementation of AEP
- Technical Integration experience with other solutions within the Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Marketing Cloud such as Target, Analytics, Campaign etc.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
