How you'll make an impact

• Create, update, and maintain Bills of Materials for multiple product lines.
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure BOM accuracy.
• Ensure BOMs include all required components and materials.
• Manage BOM changes through a structured change control process.
• Work with suppliers to maintain pricing and implement necessary updates.
• Analyze BOM data to uncover cost efficiencies and process enhancements.
• Train colleagues on BOM procedures and best practices.
• Monitor material usage in relation to production order closures.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field preferred; Associate’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BOM management or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows and materials.
• Skilled in ERP systems and BOM management tools.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
