The Talent Attraction Advisor (TA Advisor) will work closely with Sector business leaders and the People eXperience (HR) teams to source, attract, engage, and hire top talent for Trimble. This position will work to build a strong working relationship with Trimble hiring managers to understand their current and forecasted hiring needs and to develop short and long-term talent attraction plans in partnership with their TA Business Partner. Candidates for this position will need previous experience recruiting for both technical engineering positions and non-technical positions in the areas of sales, marketing, product, customer support, and operations in order to effectively create strategies for engaging a diverse range of candidates on a regular basis. We’re looking for a proactive recruiting professional who is eager to leverage a variety of candidate sourcing channels to attract and engage top talent.
The TA Advisor will work to understand the business and the Hiring Manager's needs while also managing his/her expectations throughout the process, creating a plan for finding the desired talent in the desired timeframe, and communicating clearly and proactively throughout the process. Similarly, the TA Advisor applies these same principles of deep understanding, clear and proactive communication with the candidate, ensuring consistently premium experiences.
The TA Advisor will bring an innovative approach to sourcing diverse talent, working with their TA Business Partner to create plans that will help the sector achieve short and long-term diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
The position will be part of a business-aligned TA Advisor team and will also be part of the global talent attraction team where you will collaborate, partner, and understand the importance of teamwork in a global environment. The role may participate in special projects to help improve the global talent attraction team or to experiment with new ways of attracting diverse, unique talent to Trimble. Key Roles and Responsibilities
Partner with leaders and hiring managers to strategize on hiring plans in order to develop the role and skill-based recruitment strategies.
Lead the recruitment and selection process for a variety of technical and non-technical positions.
Find top talent for Trimble, leveraging a variety of talent sourcing channels.
Maintain a deep understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing methods.
Partner with business hiring teams to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on the talent market and offer creative suggestions for optimizing the recruiting process and proactively identifying talent for key profiles.
Recommend ideas and solutions to improve the time to fill, increase candidate pipeline, reduce aging requisitions.
Provide premium candidate experiences that represent Trimble’s values.
Proactively communicate the status of requisitions and quarterly TA initiatives and results.
Hire top talent by extending and negotiating job offers, looking for win-win solutions for both the candidate and Trimble.
Leverage data and analytics to seek opportunities to optimize and drive results.
Role model teamwork in order to help the global Talent Attraction Team achieve results that support Trimble’s vision and mission.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Prefer 5 years of TA/recruiting experience (agency or internal) with a recent role directly working closely with a team of hiring managers.
B.S. Degree or applicable equivalent work experience.
Prefer previous experience in a large company or or can demonstrate examples of effectively collaborating across a variety of dispersed teams.
Comfortable working in a global team environment where you’ll be interacting with other TA partners and hiring managers in other regions.
Ability to explain Trimble’s value proposition, articulating the company’s Vision, Mission and culture to help them connect to the company’s purpose.
Solutions-oriented, out of the box thinking toward identifying talent and creating value for hiring teams.
Experience using reports and data to understand candidate pipelines and where there are opportunities to increase funnel activity.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally WorkdayRecruit.
