  • Responsible for anchoring Commercial Excellence for Vietnam LOC with focus on 4 key verticals : BI & Commercial Effectiveness, Customer Engagement & Digital Operations, Selling & Marketing Excellence
  • Provide strategic leadership to the Commercial Excellence team in building a future fit vision aligned with the commercial strategy

Key deliverables:

  • BI and Commercial effectiveness: Partner with GM to define commercial strategies based on data based insights. Bringing insights on resource allocation, competitor analysis, risk and opportunities to support business heads in decision making. Ensure tracking and monitoring of sales performance and benchmarking with the external market. Bring in external best in class practises around business analytics and enable leaders to imbibe them.
  • Customer engagement & Digital Operations: Focus on digital operations and customer experience journey to keep leadership position in the market and well recognized by the customers. Partner with Marketing to define the right customer engagement mix.
  • Selling & Marketing Excellence: Equip commercial to be continuous at their best with the essential knowledge and right capabilities to deliver on their roles. Work on agile learning methods and adapt curriculum based on changing business imperatives

  • Commercial Practice Management: Enable commercial teams to maintain high standard of doing the right thing from end to end HCP activities and look for continuous improvement.

  • Ensure right functionalities for systems and tools like Veeva, Qlik view, Power BI and support training and adaptation of users routinely.

  • Provide leadership to the commercial excellence team and focus on building expertise and competence of team members
