Key Responsibilities

Ensure databases are maintained and provide relevant data/reports using internal data platform and reporting tools

  • Provide Management supporting data (I&W, Shipment, Labor, Spending, Revenue analysis, etc.)
  • Prepare headcount report with engineer loan labor status across region, account, product, and cost center
  • Prepare engineer over-time analysis report
  • Develop various analysis reports monitor changes and provide insights

Administrative support for Business Unit operations

  • Organize and support Business Unit level trainings, conferences and events
  • Support ad-hoc operational data requirements and develop databases specific to requirements
  • Provide a support by working with management team & departments
  • Support efficient operation of the practice from an administrative flow of information/data/documentation
  • General office administration including processing mails, ordering office supplies, supporting executives


CRM user support

  • Service case management(status check, release, cancel), Labor/Parts confirmation, escalation check, deal with CRM inquiry/issue provide guideline of CRM

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) Professional in MS (Excel, Word and Power Point)
  • Ability to use SAP and others data platforms
  • Good attitude to learn with agility for problem solving
  • Preferred self-motivator, ability of communication skills and act as a team player
