Job Description Summary
U.S. Bank National Association is seeking a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Risk & Compliance Specialist (RCS) to support multiple risk domains within our TPRM program. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in collaborative environments, possess a strong risk-oriented mindset, and are passionate about safeguarding the organization through effective risk oversight.
As an RCS, you will partner with Business Lines, Third Parties, and Risk/Compliance/Audit (RCA) professionals to conduct risk assessments and perform risk-based reviews of domain-specific contract language. Risk domains may include Country Risk, Fourth Party Risk, Artificial Intelligence, and Physical Security.
The successful candidate will become a subject matter expert in current processes and demonstrate a strong credible challenge mindset. Building and fostering cross-functional relationships is essential—not only within TPRM but also with supporting groups such as Privacy, Information Security, Resilience, and Compliance. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, and/or Security+ are preferred.
