The Role

As part of the Data-Driven Insights team, you will collaborate with a group of passionate and hardworking analytics professionals to drive value across the business. The team’s focus is to understand Plan Sponsor and Participant behaviors around equity compensation to help improve the overall experience of both audiences.

You will develop insights that support the creation, management, and achievement of business goals. You will be part of a team responsible for maintaining / developing best-in-class analytical and research expertise, codifying standards, and scaling self-serve data analytics, testing and experimentation approaches.

  • You will drive key analysis in equity compensation from initial prioritization through final delivery and publication/review of the results
  • You can produce intuitive and impactful visualizations using sophisticated data sets
  • Will be a key contributor to the development of analysis solutions for complex business needs using Alteryx and Tableau
  • You will deliver self-service reporting/analytics as well as respond to senior management requests for analysis

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Strong analytical, technical, problem solving and communication skills with the ability to engage internal customers with little-to-no support
  • Ability to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions for reporting, forecasting, and operational insights
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Snowflake, including creating and managing tables/views in a cloud-based environment; familiarity with data governance
  • Experience with Tableau and Alteryx technologies preferred
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and techniques to perform analysis and interpret data is a plus (e.g. SAS, R, Python)
  • Basic knowledge of GenAI tools and IDE
  • Ability to prioritize, strong time management and organizational skills
  • Keen ability to build and influence relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a 5 years Financial Services and/or Analytics experience
