Navan is transforming the $56B business travel market with the launch of Navan Edge, our new AI-powered, hyper-personalized travel assistant. We are looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team and build the robust, scalable infrastructure that powers this conversational experience.
In this role, you won’t just be writing code; you will be building the "executive assistant" that every frequent business traveler deserves. You will design the APIs and backend services that bridge the gap between complex global travel infrastructure and a simple, "swipe-and-done" conversational interface. The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate’s starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period.
