Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

As a pricing member, you will work closely with business marketers for pricing operations.  Detailed roles & responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Understand business request, maintain price records in local pricing system timely & accurately.  

• Coordinate with marketer for their any price deviation request or promotion program operations. Work with CSR to efficiently execute deviated price on order.

• Trouble shooting of any price error noted from both internal & external process.  Handle price-related customer complaint and resolve it in a timely manner.

• Assist marketer for any mass price adjustment, such as annual price increase, price renew, etc.

• Provide pricing performance analysis, as well as work with marketer and finance to manage pricing forecast and reporting.

• Participate pricing project to optimize pricing structure, process, system and prepare for SAP deployment.

• Perform price data clean up regularly to improve data accuracy, completeness, simplicity & visibility.

• Response to any inquiries related to price information, process & systems.

The person in this position will report directly to the MTO pricing operations leader.  You should have

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• 5+ years related working experience in marketing operation, finance or customer-facing experience preferred

• Strong coordination and communication skills, strong ownership, proficient in data analysing

• Fluent English (written and verbal) required

• Good PC skills
