Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting your work and providing support to users as needed, contributing to a seamless application experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in best practices and application development methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Database Architecture, Cloud Data Architecture. - Strong understanding of application development frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with data modeling and database design principles. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Frameworks. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
