About the role 

We are hiring a Service Management Specialist to support a major insurance client in Prague. This role focuses on service management processes and operations within a digital delivery environment. You will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure stable service operations, continuous improvement, and effective incident and change handling. 
 
This position is ideal for candidates with strong service management or ITSM experience who are willing to learn Salesforce as part of the client ecosystem. Deep Salesforce knowledge is not required at entry. 

What you will do 

  • Own and support IT service management processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Requests) 

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams 

  • Support day-to-day service operations and ensure SLA adherence 

  • Coordinate incident resolution and change activities 

  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous service improvement 

  • Work with service management tools and reporting to ensure service transparency 

  • Gradually build functional knowledge of the Salesforce environment used by the client 

Must-have requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Service Management / ITSM / Service Operations 

  • Practical knowledge of Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes 

  • ITIL certification or solid ITIL process knowledge 

  • Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment 

  • Professional English (spoken and written) 

  • Strong communication and coordination skills 

Nice to have:

  • Experience from insurance, banking, or regulated environments 

  • Willingness to learn Salesforce and work in a Salesforce-based delivery context 

  •  Experience with service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow or similar platforms)  

  • Previous exposure to Salesforce (Service Cloud, case management, or support context) is a plus

  • Experience working in international or distributed teams
