Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented IT Technician to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems, networks, and software applications. The ideal candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software components, respond to support requests, and help optimize IT system performance for end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Respond to technical support requests from users via ticketing system, email, phone, or in person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
Monitor system performance and report issues to senior staff.
Set up accounts and workstations for new employees.
Maintain inventory of equipment and track software licenses.
Provide training and guidance to users on software and hardware.
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Assist in maintaining backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Collaborate with other IT team members and departments as needed.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
