Are you passionate about data analysis, strategic sourcing, and driving operational efficiency? We’re looking for you to join our team and support the procurement of MRO materials across our plants in Mexico. If you are interested in making life better, we are all IN to learn more about you!

As an MRO Procurement, you will ensure the efficient and strategic management of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) material procurement for the company’s plants through the analysis of large data sets, identification of improvement opportunities, and optimization of bidding and supplier selection processes. The goal is to guarantee the timely and cost-effective supply of all warehouse-coded items, contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics and supply processes.

What you will do: 

• Analyze large datasets to identify purchasing efficiencies.
• Manage high-volume bidding processes.
• Evaluate supplier quotes and optimize sourcing decisions.
• Collaborate with warehouse managers and process leaders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and supplier development projects

What you will bring: 

• A degree in Engineering or Administrative fields.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI and Power Automate are a plus.
• Experience in MRO, CAPEX, or warehouse operations (preferred).
• An analytical mindset, curiosity, and a proactive attitude.
• Conversational English and willingness to travel (domestic and international).
