In your role as Operational Pricing Specialist, you will play a central part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of fee calculations across our diverse range of products. Further, you will actively support the Pricing Support Helpdesk by providing timely and professional pricing assistance to Front Office teams.

YOUR CHALLENGE

As Operational Pricing Specialist, you will be:

• Responsible for analysing and processing of discount requests from the Front Office of destinations such as Switzerland, Europe, Middle East and Asia
• Ensuring adherence to the Bank’s established pricing policies, frameworks, and approval guidelines
• Close collaboration and support via email and telephone with the Front Office and other internal stakeholders regarding operational inquiries concerning pricing
• Manage operational aspects of fee cancellations, including necessary recalculations and system adjustments
• Provide support to the Fee Management team during quarterly fee run activities, contributing to smooths and efficient delivery

YOUR PROFILE

For the role as Operational Pricing Specialist, you need:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in the banking sector, preferably private banking
• Pronounced analytical skills, as well as independent and precise working methods
• Team-oriented, resilient and goal-oriented personality with good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) on a daily basis (BEC Higher C1)
• In-depth experience with banking applications and know-how in bank fees and pricing, and very good MS Office skills (focus on Excel and Access)
