Job Description:

This is your opportunity! At Ferrovial, we are looking for an intern to join our ITSM Tools (Servicenow/Jira) implementation team.

Responsibilities:

As an intern in our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and collaborate on various tasks, including:

• Project Management Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of Servicenow/Jira implementation projects.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate in gathering and analyzing client needs to ensure a successful implementation.
• Configuration and Customization: Help in configuring and customizing Servicenow/Jira according to the specific project requirements.
• Testing and Validation: Participate in conducting tests to ensure that the implemented solutions meet quality standards.
• Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including user manuals and configuration guides.
• User Support: Provide support to end-users during and after the implementation, resolving any questions and issues that may arise.

Requirements:

• Final year student or recent graduate in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
• Basic knowledge of service management platforms.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Intermediate level of English.
