Your Role:
- Lead and inspire a well-established team of sales professionals in the Czech market
- Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial refrigeration solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with engineering, service, and project teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Represent Johnson Controls at industry events and exhibitions
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in technical sales, ideally in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial systems
- Leadership experience in managing or mentoring sales teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions
- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field
- Fluency in Czech and English
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset
