You want to drive change and establish business process excellence at ZEISS? This position provides the opportunity to work on one of ZEISS' biggest transformation programs and to shape our application & business process management. You will take responsibility to achieve the best solution for ZEISS, balancing business process methodology and modeling needs with IT requirements to improve the business process management at ZEISS.
This function offers you the chance to work on one of ZEISS' key group programs and to drive harmonization and standardization of processes and structures that define the way how ZEISS will work for years to come
Together with the senior manager of your stream, you will take on a moderating role, understanding and mastering the individual processes, in order to moderate between the ZEISS functions and process experts in a goal-oriented manner
Together, you will jointly manage and coordinate the necessary internal and external resources within your area of responsibility and be responsible for the process design of selected end-to-end processes
In addition, you will exchange information with all other end-to-end streams to ensure best practice sharing and integration into related processes
You own the alignment of your workstream progress with the senior manager of your stream, ensure planning, implementation and improvement measures of your workstream and thus make a significant contribution to the overall project success
You will take responsibility to achieve the best solution for ZEISS, balancing individual functional and segment needs by contributing to the Lead to Cash workstream which considers following processes: Sales Quotation, Customer Order Management, Invoicing, Cash Collection, CRM integration, Webshop integration
A Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a similar field of study
Proven experience driving projects in the area of business process excellence or in a similar performance improvement related environment
3+ years’ experience in Sales environment, with experience in SAP SD
Knowledge in CRM System integration would be a big plus
Results-oriented, analytical and organizational skills paired with strong change communications skills to develop and successfully implement strategic plans
A strong change management perspective
Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken
