The Citi UAE cards business is profitable and growing. The business requires strong talent to drive Cards portfolio growth and the candidate is expected to:

  • Support in growing and optimizing performance of the UAE Cards Portfolio

  • Manage and optimize various portfolio programs / initiatives

  • Support in identifying areas of growth & efficiency

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Support to execute ongoing portfolio programs / initiatives like Citi PayAll, Insurance cross-sell, etc.

  • Support to execute ongoing portfolio spend programs and other initiatives like credit limit increase, retention, activation, etc.

  • Support in implementation of new actions to enhance profitability of the above-mentioned programs

  • Support development of digital capability and adoption for various portfolio programs

  • Work with portfolio sales & service teams to optimize front-line performance which will include tasks like training, design and implementation of controls

  • Support enhancements to improve customer experience

  • Work with the data team to define key metrics / dashboards to support business management

  • Work with Technology on all required technology aspects of portfolio campaigns / programs, including UAT, test preparation and execution

  • Support planning and execution of adhoc projects / initiatives as required

  • Manage / support new products or other existing portfolio programs as required

  • Ensure compliance with Legal and Regulatory requirements, procedures and controls

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree

  • Demonstrated comfort with data and excel

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly

  • Ability to manage deadlines or unexpected changes

  • Commercial acumen & ability to convert insight into real-life profitable solutions

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
