Responsibilities:

• Leading and Growing Commercial Service Team as needed
• Interview, Hire and Train commercial candidates as needed.
• Manage renewals by tracking, following up on and completing renewal business through text, phone and/or email to achieve production objectives
• Building and maintaining relationships with Movement Insurance current and future clients and carrier partnerships
• Marketing commercial risks with multiple carriers to support Commercial Sales Team
• Using a client-focused and needs-based process to educate clients about their insurance options making coverage recommendations as needed
• Assisting leadership with suggestions of best practices to achieve team goals
• Good understanding of various commercial insurance products from multiple carriers
• Communicating with and serving clients effectively to meet their needs to maintain and  increase retention
• Identifying opportunities for cross-selling with clients
• Updating client database to ensure prospective and past client information is accurate

Requirements:

• Property and Casualty license in good standing
• Commercial Insurance account management experience with a successful track record of meeting goals and/or quotas
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Valid US driver's license with the ability to travel by car as needed to office in Fort Mill, SC

The expected salary range for this position is between:

$77,900.00 - $132,900.00

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
