Look no further! Workday Inc is searching for an individual with a passion for sales and competitive intelligence to join our world-class team as a Field Intelligence analyst.

About the Role

At Workday, we are committed to delivering exceptional results and our Field Intelligence team plays a crucial role in providing actionable information to our sellers, sales leadership, and other teams across the organization. As a Field Intelligence Analyst, you analyze competitive intelligence research including customer and market feedback to deliver winning insights and enablement sessions that are well-sourced, consumable, and actionable for sales and sales leadership. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your insights will directly contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sellers, sales leadership, and other teams to develop strategies that will enable us to compete effectively in the market.

  • Develop and deliver competitive insights to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to sales leadership.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop competitive strategic approaches for key deals.

  • Create and maintain resources such as battlecards and competitive strategy guides.

  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships across the organization.

  • Continuously contribute and support our intelligence gathering processes to ensure flawless execution.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of proven Sales and/or Sales Operations experience with a track record of success

  • 10+ years of interpreting research and data from a sales perspective.

Other Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experienced going through a sales process, thourogh understanding of the sales cycle.

  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or Regional Sales Director

  • Meticulous and capable of effectively handling multiple projects at once.

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, able to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $162,200 USD - $243,300 USD


 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $131,100 USD - $243,300 USD
