As a Senior Advisor, Client Relations, Group Retirement Savings, you will ensure the highest level of satisfaction among strategic clients in order to develop and maintain strong market references. You will work with clients with diverse and highly complex needs, where the ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate a strong understanding of expressed needs is essential. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of business relationships with strategic Group Retirement Savings clients, and ensuring the development, implementation, and follow-up of action plans for these clients
  • Driving results by promoting solutions and service offerings in line with the business unit’s objectives and strategies
  • Analyzing client needs, proposing, designing, and implementing customized solutions to help strategic clients achieve their goals
  • Working on complex initiatives that require in-depth knowledge of your field of expertise
  • Collecting and analyzing data, writing results-oriented reports, and preparing recommendations
  • Developing and delivering presentations on products and services to promote plans to pension committees and at clients’ annual general meetings
  • Managing complex plan implementations and modifications, and maintaining communication between internal teams and external resources to ensure successful execution
  • Supporting the sales team by participating in finalist meetings and meetings with intermediaries

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of six years of relevant experience in the group retirement savings industry
  • Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
  • Experience delivering presentations to executive-level clients
  • Group annuity representative certificate
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written, due to the nature of the tasks, tools, and interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and clients
