This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
To develop, implement, and manage all aspects of the Commercial Channel which includes Trade Business,
Commercial Trade Channel, and Private Hospitals including strategy, access, and its
pricing strategy across channels. Drive greater access for patient and customer, superior growth across GSK
Portfolio with sustainable profitability.
· Develop strategy and tactical approach to win competition by driving growth above market across channel
as well as ensuring Annual Business plans with key strategic customers to deliver agreed product
standardization and volume aligned with compliance standard that deliver win:win for the customer, GSK
and ultimately patient (Patient Focus)
· Conduct business plan, market assessment and develop value proposition for key customers
· Growing private hospital aggressively by leading the KAM team in identifying and registering new account as
well as developing and negotiating on standardization process and promotional & marketing programs in line
with the pricing guidelines that deliver growth in order to add potential account, establish, and manage
business partnership to grow the business
· Maintain GSK Leadership in Trade Channel through innovation and strong business execution in Pharmacy
and Wholesaler
· Coach team in conducting business review and assess the performance of existing account in terms of size/
volume, location, brand, and segmentation on key decision maker to ensure volume target achievement
· Become the key expert related with key customer needs, account objectives, and add value to cross
functional teams through providing customer insights
· Be an expert on account decision making processes and stakeholders (and the structures behind these),
which have an impact on GSK products
· Understands the wider healthcare system and leading practices and can anticipate future account and
customer goals and communicate these effectively within GSK
· Identify area for improvement, develop improvement program and monitor the implementation to increase
process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity
· Ability to drive strong external partnerships (HCPs, Key associations etc) and internal partnerships including
Business Unit Pharma & Vaccine, Commercial Excellence, Medical, Supply Chain, Finance and HR
· Overlook pricing consistency and review
· Ensure all government regulation are aligned with GSK ways or working
