What you will do-
- Carry out all duties associated with the Customer Care Support level
- Responsible for handling special projects within the department including project ownership, data collection and reporting, managing multiple stakeholder deliverables
- Responsible for maintaining partnership with EDI Optimization team, calling them to action on customers to target for electronic ordering or issues with their EDI process
- Act as point of Contact for GHX in regards to all electronic ordering initiatives and system knowledge, as well as general ordering maintenance
- Primary contact for UAT testing and system enhancement testing in SAP
- Assists with SAP reporting and order maintenance to ensure orders flow through the system and do not sit
- Participates in some training activities of new and/or temporary employees as well as ongoing training of any new procedures
- Assist in writing and maintaining all Customer Care knowledge documents, work instructions and procedures
- Subject Matter Expert for SAP, additional order management systems and cross functional procedures
What you need-
- High school diploma or equivalent - required
- Bachelor’s Degree - preferred
- 5 years relevant work experience - required
- Customer Care Experience - preferred
$24.54 - $43.79 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 20%
