The Human Resources Generalist position works as part of the HR team in a wide range of HR functions including full cycle recruiting, employee relations, health and safety, and HRIS management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required. At least one year of human resource management experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and how they apply to a manufacturing setting is preferred.
