The Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of BMS, CCTV, Access, FAS systems. This role involves ensuring the efficient operation of all building automation and control systems to optimize the performance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, and other building systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience with BMS, CCTV, Access, FAS   systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning:

• Install BMS hardware and software components.
• Commission new systems and ensure they are configured and functioning as per the design specifications.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Perform regular maintenance checks on BMS systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with BMS systems, including sensors, controllers, and software interfaces.
• Repair or replace faulty components and systems.

System Upgrades and Modifications:

• Implement system upgrades and modifications to improve functionality and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in BMS technology and integrate new solutions as appropriate.

Customer Support and Training:

• Provide technical support to clients and address any concerns or issues related to BMS systems.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of BMS systems.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including installation, maintenance, and repair work.
• Generate detailed reports on system performance, issues encountered, and solutions implemented.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure all BMS systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
