We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) Reporting Analyst to join our team and help our GTM teams make better data-driven decisions. In this role, you will transform data into actionable insights that inform critical business decisions. Your analysis will help track progress against goals, identify trends, and guide data-driven decision-making at all levels. By supporting key initiatives and informing leadership discussions, you’ll ensure our GTM strategy is primed for sustained growth and efficiency. Your work will directly support our growth and revenue objectives, providing the organization with the information it needs to move quickly and strategically.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Data Collection and Analysis:
    • Gather data from various sources such as Snowflake, HubSpot, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability
  2. Reporting and Visualization:
    • Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using tools like Tableau and Looker to track key GTM metrics.
    • Automate routine reporting to increase efficiency and enable deeper analysis. 
    • Improve efficiency, data quality, and visualization clarity of existing and new reporting.
  3. GTM Performance Tracking:
    • Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to ensure alignment with business goals - e.g., revenue metrics, sales pipeline data.
    • Build out and automate marketing reports  - e.g., develop and standardize reports to track inbound lead and conversion rates.
    • Prepare monthly summaries for leadership and sales teams, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Perform root-cause analyses for observed trends, variances, or anomalies.
  4. Ad-Hoc GTM Requests
    • Respond to data requests from GTM leaders by extracting and analyzing information from multiple sources as needed.
    • Translate complex data into digestible insights tailored to stakeholders' needs.
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, CS, product, data, and finance teams to define reporting requirements.
    • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Technical Skills:
    • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
    • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and basic data transformations.
    • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI or similar. We use Tableau and Looker.
    • Strong skills in Excel and G-Sheets, for data manipulation and analysis. 
    • Start-up experience, ideally in the fintech or tech space. 
    • Proven track record in GTM reporting and analytics, and understanding of how a GTM org functions.
  • Soft skills
    • Communication skills: ability to clearly explain insights to business teams and revenue leadership.
    • Collaboration: comfortable working closely with business and technical teams, as well as leadership.
    • Time management: ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Adaptability: ready to learn new tools, adjust to changing requirements, and work with evolving datasets.
    • Attention to Detail: committed to data accuracy and completeness.

Nice to have:

 

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or AWS Redshift. We use Snowflake.
  • Experience working with data from a CRM system like Salesforce or HubSpot. We use HubSpot.
  • Experience working with collaboration tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Experience presenting insights to leadership or executive teams.

 

 

Compensation:
The base compensation range for this role is 80-100k.  The salary range displayed reflects an average base salary range for the position across all the US. The base salary offered to an applicant could be higher or lower based on each applicants’ specific skill set, depth of experience, relevant education or training, etc. The base salary range listed excludes commission/ bonus/ equity or benefits.
