Job Description:

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work on the incidents raised by business / IT Operations / monitoring team for the issues in SAP Contact to Cash process and resolve them within the SLA time and provide quality service to client. Work on minor enhancements / bug fixes to meet the business requirement.  Do required configuration or provide functional specification to development team, test the changes, update design documents and ensure that the changes are moved to production on time.  Should be capable of interacting with development team and discuss both from business process perspective and technical perspective. Attend knowledge transfer about the changes done by the project team through demands, understand the changes that are being done, do quality regression test to ensure that the production environment is not broken or impacted by any work packages.  Also, after the Hypercare should be capable of quickly recollecting the KT and handle incidents raised by Business Users. Work as duty manager on rotation basis and execute the responsibilities of a duty manager with care. Work as On-call person on rotation basis.  Resolve P1/P2 incidents @ 24/7 basis if related to Contact to Cash, responsible to join the SIM calls, provide update, be responsible for the closure of the P1/P2 incidents within the SLA time. Pro-actively identify areas of improvement and provide suggestion to client. Maintain good rapport with other teams / team leads and also with Client and other Vendors to the client. Should be capable of being a SPOC and assist / guide the junior resources.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in SAP Sales & Distribution module.  Experience in S4 HANA environment is preferred.  Certification in SAP SD S4 HANA will be an added advantage.
  • Client facing experience is a must.  Should have worked with multinational clients.
  • Experience in at least 2 end to end implementation projects or roll-out projects.
  • Should have worked in production support projects.  Should have good understanding about Service level agreements, KPIs, etc. followed in production support projects.
  • Very good knowledge about end-to-end sales & distribution process is must.
  • Knowledge / experience in EDI / Idocs and in Scheduling agreements are mandatory.
  • Candidate should have Knowledge / experience in processes like Consignment flow, Sales Bill of materials, Down Payment, Self-billing processes, etc.
  • Candidate should also have knowledge / experience in edoc_cockpit and tax invoices processes related to Latin America and Asia Countries.

Experience in automotive industry will be an added advantage.
