Job description
The role is to be located in Belgium or in France and will require up to 50% of travelling across the region.
Responsibilities
Build deep understanding of customer and stakeholder needs and behaviors.
Monitor and understand market trends, new regulations and competitor actions
Recommend new sub-segments, applications, channels, stakeholders, business models to develop the core business
Define the value proposition by market sub-segment, tailoring it to meet the specific needs and expectations of different stakeholders
Handover the implementation of the growth plan to the sales directors, who will report on progress and define corrective actions
Requirements
Experienced Strategy / Marketing / Innovation / Product Development
A good understanding of best practices marketing
High Experience in assessing customer needs
Knowledge and experience within a relevant B2B(2C) product and solutions industry
Experience working in complex, international and multi-stakeholder environment
Fluent in English & French – any additional European language is a plus.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in innovation management, a deep understanding of the pipe fitting sector, and a passion for sustainable practices.
