YOUR FUTURE ENVIRONMENT

Eiffage GC works on technical projects, mainly in France, including major rail,
motorway, engineering structure, building and offshore installation projects.
Through its local entity Eiffage GC UK Ltd, Eiffage GC is also working on the
HS2 high-speed rail line between London and Birmingham. This technical
project is part of the Group's international development drive. As part of the
HS2 project in England, Eiffage International is looking for a SH&W coordinator
and would like to offer this position on a VIE basis

YOUR MAIN TASKS

Working in the Security Health and Wellbeing team and reporting to the Information Manager, the SH&W coordinator is in charge of:

  • Provision of diligent and methodical administrative support to the SH&W Function

  • Supporting the Central SH&W Team with daily administrative tasks and following the business processes and procedures for Document Control, Data Handling and Reporting

  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders of varying levels, managing their expectations in terms of delivery of appropriate and accurate information

  • Help to drive and promote all Wellbeing initiatives and programmes across EKFB

  • Help to collate Wellbeing resources for campaigns and other events

  • Assist with the management of data contained withing the EKFB “People Portal”

  • Gathering and interpreting data to produce both internal and external reports

  • Focus on the handling and manipulation of Key Performance Indicators and Reporting Data

  • Develop and maintain an up to date and detailed understanding of the project and the needs of the client as well as other internal & external stakeholders

  • Build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders by adopting the most appropriate approach to deal with people and situations

  • Anticipate, respond to and seeks to exceed the needs and expectations set out by the organisation

  • Convey accurate information effectively using the most appropriate methods to reflect the needs of the audience and ensure mutual understanding

  • Respond positively to changing business circumstances and able to manage multiple and conflicting priorities

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bac+4/5 in HSE or engineering

  • English B1

  • HSE coordinator with worksite experience (fixed-term contract, internship, professional training contract)

  • With a higher education background in engineering or university, you will need to be able to adapt to the country, work as part of a team and have good interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Packages

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Good Interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative

  • Confident and eager to learn Good communicator with excellent grammar
