How you’ll make an impact
1. You will oversee end-to-end contract management for the designated country or business unit, encompassing contract review, negotiation, execution, and dispute resolution.
2. You will requires ensuring all contract management activities are conducted in strict accordance with Company/Business Unit directives, established procedures, and the Contract Management Regulations.
3. You will provide expert advice, negotiate, and manage client contracts to align with business objectives, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks throughout the contract lifecycle.
4. You will need to build an effective collaboration with the Sales Support team and other cross-functional departments is crucial to advancing projects and maintaining both contractual compliance and operational excellence.
5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Law.
2. Minimum of five years post-qualification experience. Prior experience as legal counsel or in contract management is essential.
3. Strong business acumen and willingness to learn.
4. Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate and collaborate across diverse teams and locations.
5. Teamwork spirit and a collaborative mindset.
6. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required; knowledge of Japanese is highly desirable.
