  • Lead sales pursuits from initial engagement through to contract award
  • Work collaboratively with consulting, engineering, bid, delivery, and partner teams to develop compelling customer solutions
  • Support customers with their digital, data, AI, applications, and enterprise transformation ambitions
  • Develop account plans and engagement strategies for priority customers
  • Maintain a strong understanding of departmental priorities, procurement routes, and market trends

Focus Areas

You'll engage with a range of Central Government organisations, including:

  • Department for Education (DfE)
  • Other government departments and arm's-length bodies

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, understands the public sector environment, and is motivated by creating opportunities and delivering results.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Experience in technology, consulting, professional services, or digital transformation sales
  • Exposure to Central Government or wider Public Sector customers
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • An understanding of public sector procurement and framework-based buying routes
  • The ability to manage multiple opportunities and customers simultaneously
  • Strong communication, presentation, and commercial skills
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain SC Clearance

We'd Particularly Love to Hear From You If You Have:

  • Existing relationships within Central Government departments or agencies
  • Experience selling consulting, engineering, data & AI, enterprise applications, cloud, or digital transformation services
  • Experience working with frameworks such as Crown Commercial Service (CCS)
  • A passion for helping public sector organisations deliver better outcomes through technology
