Job Summary :

Responsible for supporting the Company’s Back- and Middle Office processes, Notional Cash Pool and daily cash management processes.


What will you do?

Treasury Operations

  • Support confirmation and settlement of financial market transactions executed by the Treasury Front-Office (FX, commodities, interest rate derivatives, debt instruments, investments, dividends, M&A payments).
  • Perform daily bank statement reconciliation in the Treasury Management System.
  • Assist with confirmation processes (electronic and manual) for derivatives, money market, and capital market transactions.
  • Maintain static data for Treasury applications and support month-end closing.


Notional Cash Pooling

  • Liaise with pooling provider on account/payment investigations, compliance, and fee analysis.
  • Support subsidiaries and corporate functions with audit queries.
  • Maintain pooling structure documentation and provide user training.
  • Assist with onboarding new account holders and managing account openings/closures.
  • Support netting cycles and resolve settlement issues.

Cash & Liquidity Management

  • Review daily cash positions and forecasts; assist in funding and transfers to optimize liquidity.
  • Address bank reporting issues to ensure real-time visibility.
  • Prepare daily/periodic liquidity and debt reports for senior management.
  • Support enhancements to liquidity reporting tools and maintain work instructions.


Middle Office Compliance

  • Monitor adherence to Treasury Policies and Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
  • Prepare monthly Corporate Accounting Rates and annual SEC-related reports.
  • Maintain Middle Office procedures and SOX control documentation.
  • Support internal/external SOX audits and month-end closing.

What we look for?

  • Graduate university degree equivalent to MBA with a major in Finance
  • 3+ years of relevant working experience
  • Interest in financial markets, financial instruments and cash management
  • Good understanding of FX & Commodity derivative instruments and debt instruments
  • Interest in business/data analytics
  • Poised personality, well organized, conscious, curious, capable of taking initiatives and work in a team-based environment.
  • Above average computer skills
  • Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
