About the Role

This position is responsible for organizing sales campaigns, rewards and incentives to drive performance of the agency force.

• Assist in the design and development of sales campaigns, rewards and incentives.
• Draft and execute communications plan for each sales campaign.
• Define metrics to be measured for each campaign and coordinate these with the Data Science team.
• Prepare and submit campaign reports regularly.
• Roll out ASG and agency events (e.g.  to cascades, kick-offs, recognition programs, ASG planning) in collaboration with other members of ARICE.
• Source, select, negotiate, and coordinate services with suppliers/vendors.
• Process request for payment of items/services purchased from suppliers/vendors.
• Record and report expenses spent for campaigns.
• Maintain a database of campaign qualifiers.
• Ensure rewards and incentives are released to qualifiers as scheduled.
• Assist in the preparation of the post-campaign impact analysis.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirement
