Job Description:
SOLDI is part of Customer Solutions and the IE Specialist in the practice area IE serves as Subject Matter Expert to develop and implement operational CS products and customized solutions for customers within the Europe Region. The role involves the research, evaluation and delivery of business cases for new product developments and leads projects and virtual temporary teams remotely. The role requires close collaboration with CS Customer Facing on customer opportunities to gain, retain and grow UPS business through solutions that deliver customer value. The IE Specialist communicates and collaborates with aligned positions in other SOLDI areas, other Solution groups, Operations, IE, Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management.
