Summary:
We are seeking an ideal candidate with a strong understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft Copilot Studio. The candidate should be capable of working independently to deliver high-quality solutions. Additionally, experience with deploying Power Platform solutions in compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) policies and best practices is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft CoPilot Studio and a good grasp of Python are highly desirable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build custom applications, workflows, and dashboards to improve business processes and enhance productivity.
- Leverage CoPilot Studio to create AI-driven solutions and enhance automation capabilities.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational standards and SDLC policies.
- Manage the deployment of Power Platform solutions, including packaging, testing, and release management using tools like Azure DevOps or other deployment tools.
- Develop and integrate custom connectors and APIs, with a preference for experience in Python for advanced scripting and data manipulation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features, updates, and best practices to continuously improve solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Infrastructure.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports.
- Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
