About the Role

Lead and integrate recruiting and training functions across Recruiting (Incl’ PNTP) and DM Training to ensure sustainable talent pipeline development, effective onboarding, and continuous capability enhancement of the DM channel, ultimately improving productivity, retention, and business performance.

[담당 업무]

1. Recruiting Strategy & Program Leadership

- Lead end-to-end Recruiting strategy including recruiting, CP, onboarding, retention, and productivity initiatives

- Drive continuous improvement of manpower expansion program

- Initiate and manage strategic to improve program effectiveness

- Oversee KPI tracking and reporting and translate insights into actionable initiatives

- Provide governance over recruiting operations, ensuring consistency across centers

- Optimize CP managing and lead the change management

2. PNTP Operations & Talent Management

- Oversee PNTP and onboarding processes ensuring data accuracy and compliance

- Ensure effective communication with field leaders and centers to support program execution

- Monitor productivity, retention, and performance of new hires and implement improvement actions

3. Training Strategy & Governance (DM Training)

- Oversee DM Training through part leader, ensuring alignment with channel strategy

- Define training roadmap covering leadership, sales capability, compliance, and product knowledge programs

- Ensure effective delivery of structured programs

4. Governance, Reporting & Stakeholder Management

- Oversee budget planning and expense management for recruiting and training initiatives

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control processes

[자격 요건]

- 10+ years of experience in sales training, recruiting, or channel management

- Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects

- Data-driven decision-making and reporting skills

- Stakeholder management and communication skills

- Recruiting & Training design and facilitation expertise

** 우대 사항

- Experience in insurance/financial services preferred

- Relevant insurance certifications preferred
