What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

• Team Management – Manage a team of 6-10 team members

  • Monitoring their daily activities and performance

  • Approving Journal Entries prepared by the team

  • Keeping track of aged and outstanding AR

  • Building relationships with the client teams and travel care/ops teams

  • Support management with AR, billing queries and ad hoc queries pertaining to the Thailand team

  • Conduct regular one to ones and team meetings

• Manual Invoicing – Keep track of manual invoices in the team

• Client Settlements – Manage Batch invoicing process

• Help the team research and fix variances

• Client Settlements (A/R Management) –

  • Credit Card Feed Management

  • Process credit card payments/refunds

  • Other- process refund to client by EFT

  • Create provisions/write-off

  • Account Reconciliation (Bank & Credit Card)

• Monthly Close

  • Approve Journal Entries

  • Prepare Monthly Reconciliations

What We’re Looking For :

• Bachelor degree required

• At least 5 years of Accounting related working experience

• Good communication skills in both English and Thai

• People management experience and skills

• Strong work ethic and ability to take ownership of assigned duties

• Ability to be flexible in respect to work assignments and new learning

• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
