What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:
Team Management – Manage a team of 6-10 team members
Monitoring their daily activities and performance
Approving Journal Entries prepared by the team
Keeping track of aged and outstanding AR
Building relationships with the client teams and travel care/ops teams
Support management with AR, billing queries and ad hoc queries pertaining to the Thailand team
Conduct regular one to ones and team meetings
Manual Invoicing – Keep track of manual invoices in the team
Client Settlements – Manage Batch invoicing process
Help the team research and fix variances
Client Settlements (A/R Management) –
Credit Card Feed Management
Process credit card payments/refunds
Other- process refund to client by EFT
Create provisions/write-off
Account Reconciliation (Bank & Credit Card)
Monthly Close
Approve Journal Entries
Prepare Monthly Reconciliations
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor degree required
At least 5 years of Accounting related working experience
Good communication skills in both English and Thai
People management experience and skills
Strong work ethic and ability to take ownership of assigned duties
Ability to be flexible in respect to work assignments and new learning
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
